What is the 100-Day Challenge?

During the 100-Day Challenge we:

  • Make this a habit for ourselves

  • Grow the movement 

  • Change the world

​​40 Days to make a habit.


For 100-Days, from 12/12/25 to 3/21/26, we commit to one simple, powerful act:
Take 12 intentional breaths at 12:00 PM each day, holding the intention to Love One Another.

We start with ourselves. And breathe with others.

To Change the World

 

  • Share the Love. We invite others.

  • We share it on social media. multiplying to movement

  • We invite friends, family, congregations, communities to do this for themselves and for the world

We are an army for love — a movement of people being present and focused on Loving One Another.

Together, we build a wave of love, one breath, one person, one time zone at a time.

A wave of Love and presence circling the planet every day!


Every breath adds momentum.

Goal of the 100-Day Challenge?

By day 100, to have 1 in 8 people on Earth breathing together in rhythm —

1 Billion People

·       Entraining the world in love,

·       Changing the global frequency,

·       Making the world a better place.

a billion by 3/21!  thats a lot of people fast. but that was what was in the vision. Maybe it was just aspirational? - KK

  • A new neurological pattern (habit of love over fear)
