For 100-Days, from 12/12/25 to 3/21/26, we commit to one simple, powerful act:
Take 12 intentional breaths at 12:00 PM each day, holding the intention to Love One Another.
We start with ourselves. And breathe with others.
To Change the World

Share the Love. We invite others.

We share it on social media. multiplying to movement

We invite friends, family, congregations, communities to do this for themselves and for the world
We are an army for love — a movement of people being present and focused on Loving One Another.

Goal of the 100-Day Challenge?
By day 100, to have 1 in 8 people on Earth breathing together in rhythm —
1 Billion People

We are creatures of habit and energy.
