STEP 1: Prepare
Set a daily reminder for 12PM noon
Take a moment to pause and become aware of your breath
Find stillness — wherever you are: kitchen, office, car, mountain, jail, temple.
STEP 2: Breathe
Take 12 intentional breaths.
Each breath is a choice — to Love One Another.
Breathe deeply. Breathe slowly. Breathe with the intention that all Love One Another.
You might count silently… or feel your heartbeat… or whisper a mantra:
STEP 3: Repeat breath, repeat mantra
Love One Another
To someone you love.
To someone who hurt you.
To the earth.
To peace.
To healing in your family.
To all of us.
STEP 4: Share It
Share the Love
Share the rhythm
Tell a friend. Text your group. Invite your team.
Lead a 12@12 at work or school.
Share your breath with the world.
This is how a few become many.
