A web series inviting you to help bring the rhythm of Love to the world—one breath, one connection at a time.
🎯 What’s this about?
I’m championing 12@12—a global movement where people pause at 12:00 PM local time every day to take 12 intentional breaths with the intention to Love One Another.
In this web series, I choose a person I want to reach (a changemaker, creator, leader, or influencer) and ask:
Will you take 12 breaths with me?
The journey to get there is filmed and shared—highlighting every breath, introduction, and connection along the way.
This is a movement built on love—and passed through people.
That’s where you come in.
💬 What You’ll Be Asked To Do
If you’re invited to participate, here’s what will happen:
✅ Step 1:
We’ll talk briefly. I’ll share why I’m doing this:
“So the loving majority can make a conscious choice every day to love one another—and become a stronger force in the world than fear or division.”
✅ Step 2:
I’ll invite you to take 12 breaths with me, right then and there.
You don’t need to prepare. Just breathe. Intentionally. Silently. Together.
✅ Step 3:
After we breathe, I’ll ask:
"Will you join us as an Ally, Influencer, Champion, or… are you Out?

What it Means
You’ll do the 12@12 practice yourself. Every day. That’s it. You’re part of the rhythm.
You’ll introduce me to someone who might know the person I’m trying to reach—or who can help move the mission forward.
You’ll go a step further: either directly introduce me to the person I’m championing OR redirect me to someone better and start a new chain of introductions.
Not everyone is ready for this. That’s okay. If now’s not your time, I respect your “no.”
📽️ What’s Filmed and Shared
We may film our interaction (or a short follow-up clip).
With your permission, this may be included in a short-form video to:

You will always have final say on whether your footage is used
